PAC Lifestyle Fitness
PAC is an acronym for Plates, Aerobics and Calisthenics. The training philosophy is a product of merging various disciplines together in order to build a well rounded athlete who is able to connect with their body to a heightened level.
Personal training is about building a safe and efficient environment that enables a client achieve their goals, however I believe that to be the minimum requirement. I offer fun and engaging sessions by exposing you to various training styles (weight lifting, boxing, HIIT, boot camp style aerobics etc.) to spice up each session while keeping your goals front and center.
