The Sweat Box (10am)

Focus: Everything!

Description: Ever though to yourself "Hey, I wonder how much I can sweat in one hour?" Come find out in this High intensity workout session. Become the hallmark of drip as you head home drenched in sweat and the knowledge that you completed a workout that is challenging and yet fulfilling. (ps. Bring LOADZZ of water, you might need it!)
